Winter has arrived in Maine, but mentally we’re still out on the boat enjoying summer. To really get into the summer mindset, we’re looking over a few of our marine projects. Below you can see a composite swim platform we finished up a few months ago.
Below you’ll see the swim platform fabrication. Using a CNC cut mold gel coat, fiberglass glass and core was infused to create the platform. After a former was made to create a slot for the swim ladder to be installed to keep it out of the salt water. The top had a final coat of gel coat on top with a non skid finish.
