Project Process: Dinghy Hull

The photos below showcase the process of building a new, 4-meter dinghy hull using vacuum infusion.

In the first image, you’re seeing the first layer of carbon lined inside, followed by the core inside of the hull, as we prep for the vacuum infusion.

Next, you’ll see the vacuum-bag infusion process as resin begins to infuse from the various lines.

Finally, the post-infusion hull, now ready for a finishing process.
