Earlier this year, Custom Composite Technologies achieved CMMC Level 1 qualification. This is an important milestone in our cybersecurity journey, as we always seek to maintain strict security and quality protocols for all projects.
CMMC – which stands for Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification – is a Department of Defense (DoD) program for contractors and subcontractors to prove they meet specific cybersecurity standards to handle controlled, unclassified information. The program aims to protect sensitive information by ensuring defense contractors have adequate security controls and is a measure of a company’s security standards and readiness.
We take the security of our customer information seriously and as we grow and expand into new markets, we will continue to elevate our systems and procedures to stay current on cybersecurity best practices.
