Scheherazade 54’7 Sailing Yacht

Project Description: Custom components included cockpit seating, molded shower inserts, instrumentation panels, steering pedestals, and intake louvers. Made and installed the bow and stern thruster fairings. CCTI also assisted Hodgdon Yachts on numerous composite related work on the boat.

Construction: Intake louvers were made in place so the exact fit would be maintained. These were carbon fiber construction with a teak veneer covering. Other composite parts were infused fiberglass with foam core.

Achievement: A handbuilt master was made of the deck offsite and molds were made to ensure accurate fit of the parts.
