Composite Railroad Cable Conduits

Client: Premier Custom Trough, Blue Earth, Minnesota

After conducting an extensive search, Premier Custom Trough was unable to locate an adapter to join two cable troughs of varying sizes. CCTI solved the problem by designing a custom adapter that met the heavy load requirements of the application. It was made of fiberglass and vinyl ester resin that was vacuum infused. We did a limited production run of 198 units and helped the client meet their deadline, which had been jeopardized by the time lost searching for a part.
