America's Cup racing yachts are on the cutting-edge of technology. Designers and boat builders constantly push the envelope in their quest for lightweight durability. Hall Spars is a leading maker of carbon fiber spars for these high-performance boats. CCTI has been providing carbon composite tooling for Hall since 2001. They've come to rely on us for help with everything from small gooseneck and spreader molds to support in fabricating America's Cup masts and mandrels, up to 145-feet tall.

Most recently, CCTI was selected to fabricate the mast mandrel for the celebrated wing mast that helped Team BMW/Oracle sail to victory in 2010.
