Architecture
Advanced composites offer architects virtually unlimited license to be creative. Lightweight and malleable, composite fabrication makes it possible to achieve architectural details that would be cost-prohibitive using traditional materials. Composites are easy to install and maintain. New, cutting-edge finishes simulate traditional materials, such as wood or steel, and are virtually indistinguishable from the real thing. While composites are not the answer to every architectural application, they are being used to produce dramatic designs that challenge established forms and shapes.
